Jennifer Nahas

Director of Marketing

Jennifer serves as the Director of Marketing for Ascentis, where she leads brand strategy, marketing operations, and enterprise-wide communications for the organization. She partners closely with financial advisors across the Ascentis ecosystem to build and elevate their brands and assists I developing marketing strategies, messaging frameworks, and growth initiatives that strengthen client engagement and support long-term practice development.

With more than 26 years of experience in financial services, Jennifer has built a career at the intersection of marketing, branding, and advisor enablement. Her background spans national and regional responsibilities across Orange County and New York City, giving her a broad perspective on how marketing can drive advisor success in both independent and institutional environments.

Before joining Ascentis, Jennifer served as Vice President of Marketing at Griffin Capital, where she oversaw marketing and public relations across the firm’s parent company and distribution entities for alternative investments. Previously, she held leadership roles at AXA Equitable and MetLife supporting variable annuity distribution. As Assistant Vice President at AXA Equitable, she led the development and merchandising of product marketing materials, while at MetLife she played a key role in the firm’s global branding and advertising during a significant period of transformation.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach, where she studied art with a concentration in graphic design—an early foundation that continues to influence her creative approach to branding and advisor storytelling.

Known for her depth of expertise and collaborative approach, Jennifer specializes in helping advisors articulate their value, clarify their brand identity, and implement modern marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. Her work reflects a passion for creative storytelling, advisor advocacy, and building platforms that enable financial professionals to thrive.

Jennifer lives in Laguna Beach, California with her husband and son. She is a member of the Long Beach Yacht Club and the Laguna Art Museum and also serves on the board of her son’s PTA. Outside of work, she enjoys time on the water, skiing in the mountains, and embracing the coastal culture and artistic community that inspire her family life.
