His steady presence, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to advisors have helped guide the organization from its earliest days into its next generation of growth.

Patrick’s leadership spans multiple disciplines, most notably in his long-standing role as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer where he lead the transitions for all incoming advisors within the Golden State ecosystem. Patrick has built an exceptional framework of processes that makes even the most complex transitions feel effortless for advisors and their teams. His ability to connect with advisors, while respectfully representing their interests with clients, has earned him a reputation as a trusted partner during one of the most critical moments in an advisor’s business journey.

Patrick believes advisors should devote their time to strengthening client relationships and building thriving practices. With that philosophy at the core of his work, he and his team take pride in managing the operational, regulatory, and logistical details that define a successful transition.

Patrick and his family live in Orange County, CA. While travel isn’t as easy now with two toddlers in tow, food has become his most recent passion. Patrick also devotes much of his time and energy in supporting The Foundation Fighting Blindness to find cures to blindness while also helping to build a social network for anyone impacted by this invisible disease.
